My venue provides a coordinator, do I need to hire another one?
Check with your venue to ensure the coordinator will be there to orchestrate the entire day. This
includes managing the vendors as they arrive, seeing that your ceremony and reception formalities
occur on time and as planned, and being there at the end of the evening to handle vendor payments, and any final details.
I only need help finding a venue, can you help with that?
Yes, we can help you find a venue or vendors. Our fee is $40 per hour, with a minimum of 5 hours.
We are on a really tight budget, and I don’t think we can afford a coordinator.
